The job holder will serve as the primary HR focal point at B.TECH warehouses, acting as the first line of support for all employees on-site. He/she will be responsible for addressing employees’ inquiries, requests, and concerns, while ensuring accurate and timely execution of HR processes and services.
Onboarding and Offboarding
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees by preparing documentation, required logistics and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Manage the offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews and ensuring a smooth clearance of employees.
Employee-related services & Benefits
- Liaise with vendors & manage the delivery of daily benefits such as medical care services, transportation services, employee reservations, and mobile services, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Track and report on employee attendance and leave records approvals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage business missions for employees, and handle hotel and flight reservations to ensure all travel arrangements are efficiently managed.
- Create and deliver various HR-related documents & certificates, including salary letters, experience certificates and other employee relations (ER) letters as needed.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Years of experience: From 5 to 7 years only.
Additional:
- Proven experience in an HR business partner role in Warehouses.
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
