Candidates should have at least 7 years of experience and possess strong knowledge of commercial insurance, risk assessment, and claims handling. Familiarity with auto-related risks, including fleet management, warranties, environmental liability, and claims is essential. Strong skills in analysis, negotiation, and communication, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and risk management tools, are required.
