We are seeking a highly skilled Management System (QMS) Manager to join our team. This role involves the development, implementation, and maintenance of our Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 7 years of experience in Quality Management, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity. A certification as an ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor (or equivalent) is essential, as well as a strong understanding of QMS, ISO standards, and continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma and Lean.
Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written, are required, coupled with effective leadership and team management abilities.
