This position is critical to maintaining the operational efficiency and reliability of our infrastructure systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our IT infrastructure, ensuring the highest levels of performance and availability.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the performance of infrastructure systems, identifying and resolving issues proactively to ensure optimal operation.
- Support the deployment and configuration of new infrastructure technologies and systems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes, policies, and procedures to enhance system efficiency and security.
- Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure operations issues in a timely manner.
- Document operational procedures, system configurations, and incidents to maintain comprehensive operational records.
- Participate in capacity planning and resource allocation to meet fluctuations in demand.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve infrastructure operations.

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in infrastructure operations or IT support roles.
- Basic understanding of network architecture, server management, and virtualization technologies.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with monitoring tools.
- A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
