10+ years’ experience in HSE, preferably in construction/contracting; Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field; Recognized safety certifications (NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent); Strong knowledge of Saudi safety regulations and occupational health standards; Proven leadership and reporting skills.
