- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), ideally within the construction or contracting sector. - Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. - Hold recognized safety certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or their equivalents. - In-depth understanding of Saudi Arabian safety regulations and occupational health standards. - Demonstrated leadership capabilities and effective reporting skills.
