Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3> - Direct and oversee manual testing procedures for multiple projects throughout the organization.<\/li>
- Create, assess, and uphold detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.<\/li>
- Synchronize testing efforts with cross-departmental teams, including developers, business analysts, and product managers.<\/li>
- Ensure that all testing operations comply with established quality standards.<\/li>
- Monitor and manage defects, guaranteeing their resolution prior to release.<\/li>
- Offer mentorship and support to junior QA team members.<\/li>
- Report on test progress, outcomes, and other pertinent QA metrics to stakeholders.<\/li>
- Participate in the ongoing enhancement of QA standards and methodologies.<\/li> <\/ul>
متطلبات الوظيفة
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in manual software testing with at least 2 years in a lead role.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Expertise in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools like JIRA or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of SDLC and STLC.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ISTQB Certification or equivalent is a plus.
- Experience in testing APIs, databases, and mobile applications is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
