* Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Health, Safety, and Environment, ideally within the construction or contracting sector. • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a similar discipline. * Valid safety certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent are mandatory. * Comprehensive understanding of Saudi safety regulations and occupational health standards. * Demonstrated leadership abilities coupled with effective reporting skills.
