Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager specializing in the Secondary Market with over 5 years of proven expertise in real estate sales and team management. The successful candidate will lead our sales consultants, drive property transactions in the resale and leasing market, and maintain strong client relationships. This role requires excellent leadership, deep knowledge of Dubai’s secondary property sector, and strong negotiation skills to achieve and exceed sales targets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of property consultants focused on secondary (ready) property sales and leasing.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase market share in the secondary market.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with landlords, buyers, sellers, and investors.
  • Oversee property listings, pricing strategies, and negotiation processes.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing benchmarks to stay ahead of the market.
  • Provide training and mentorship to sales consultants on negotiation, client management, and closing deals.
  • Ensure the team delivers excellent customer service and complies with RERA and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance property visibility through campaigns and media exposure.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports and forecasts to senior management.
