The Sales Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing our sales initiatives, providing expert advice and support to customers, and ensuring a first-class experience throughout the sales process. Responsibilities

  • Actively promote and sell Sealy products to customers, providing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.
  • Engage with prospects and customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions accordingly.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to effectively communicate the value of our mattresses.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and approaches.
  • Provide feedback from customers to inform marketing and product development efforts.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the consumer goods or retail sector.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and foster positive relationships.
  • Strong organization and time management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  • 25 to 35 years old
  • Egyptian, Indian, Lebanese, or Palestinian national.
