· Develop and implement internal audit plans, schedules, and checklists.
· Conduct audits of processes, facilities, and documentation.
· Perform supplier/vendor audits to ensure compliance with standards.
· Verify adherence to regulatory, industry, and company-specific requirements.
· Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, HACCP, or other applicable standards.
· Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting non-conformities and improvement areas.
· Maintain accurate audit records, findings, and follow-up actions.
· Recommend corrective actions to resolve quality issues.
· Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of CAPA.
· Support staff training on quality standards and compliance requirements.
· Promote a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
· Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
Benchmark against best practices to strengthen quality systems.
· 5–10 years of experience in quality assurance, auditing, or compliance.
· Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards (ISO, GMP, HACCP, etc.).
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
· Proficiency in documentation and audit reporting.
· Strong knowledge regarding Pharmacy Auditing & Quality
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in quality management, Food Science, or related field.
· Professional certifications (ISO Auditor/Lead Auditor, GMP, HACCP) is a plus.
