Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice on a variety of matters, including corporate governance, compliance, and commercial contracts.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements to safeguard the company’s interests.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support legal decisions and strategies.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to identify potential legal issues and provide solutions.
- Assist in managing disputes, including liaising with external legal counsel as necessary.
- Stay current with legal developments and changes in the relevant regulatory environment.
- Facilitate training on legal best practices and compliance for internal departments.

- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a legal counsel role, preferably in the corporate or entertainment sectors.
- Strong expertise in corporate law and contract negotiation.
- Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Proficient in both Arabic and English, with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
