- Oversee and assess the onboarding funnel performance from the application launch to account registration.
- Assist in pinpointing drop-off areas and suggest enhancements to decrease abandonment rates.
- Conduct A/B testing and onboarding experiments aimed at improving user flow and engagement.
- Collaborate with product, UX/UI, and technical teams to realize journey enhancements.
- Help in creating performance dashboards, analytical reports, and insight packages for internal evaluations.
- Record user difficulties and aid in prioritizing onboarding enhancements.
- Monitor crucial onboarding KPIs and proactively highlight performance concerns or potential opportunities.
- Evaluate onboarding best practices within the digital banking and fintech sectors.
- Ensure all onboarding modifications comply with regulatory standards and guidelines.
