- To assist the area sales manager (Team leader ) in guiding & managing the sales team.
- Create new key relationships and develop good opportunities with key accounts to bring in fresh business in order to achieve the team targets.
- Provide regular market feedback to the ASM ( Team Leader ) as well as inputs for formulations of team strategy.
- Maintain good relationships with key organizations and their employees.
- Look at new companies to work with where there is a good potential for the bank to penetrate.
- Back up the ASM (team leader) in his / her absent.
- Responsible for directly selling financial products.
- Presenting financial products to clients.
- Ensure delivering of correctly filled application.
- Work hard on achieving all given business targets.
