- Oversee the complete onboarding journey for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition from application submission to account activation.
- Initiate and manage appointments for all assigned and reassigned onboarding requests.
- Conduct in-person meetings with customers to verify the authenticity of original documents submitted during the digital onboarding process, using a digital tablet to finalize NEOBIZ account fulfillment.
- Execute the fulfillment process for each assigned or reassigned account diligently.
- Maintain regular communication with customers, ensuring follow-ups until successful funding is achieved.
