- Safeguard the bank's interests from a legal perspective by delivering expert legal opinions and offering consultation services across various departments and business units. Responsibilities include drafting legal documents and contracts and representing the bank in diverse legal forums.
- Support the recovery team in executing all legal measures necessary to maximize the collection of problematic assets. This encompasses initiating criminal and legal proceedings through police stations and courts, preparing settlement, rescheduling, and restructuring agreements, reviewing existing contracts, and maintaining regular communication with borrowers via the legal system.
