This position encompasses three primary responsibilities:
1. Dedicate time to strategize, thoroughly understand customer needs, and develop automated self-service functionalities.
2. Implement new services aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction, while managing and evaluating the performance of all self-services to meet required service levels.
3. Assess customer experiences and performance across all current self-service channels to provide effective self-service solutions and analyze customer interactions to improve task completion efficiency.
