Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Posting job vacancies on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Reviewing resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conducting pre-screening interviews to assess candidates' suitability for the role.
  • Scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Conducting background checks and reference checks on potential hires.
  • Providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates and keeping them informed about the status of their applications.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to create job descriptions and ensure job postings accurately reflect the required qualifications.
  • Maintaining recruitment records and preparing reports on recruitment metrics.
  • Assisting with onboarding activities for new hires.

Requirements

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is usually preferable.
  • Experience: at least 2 year of experience in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection recruitment, preferably in the construction industry or a related field.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus.
