About the Role:

SteelCon Egypt is a leading company specializing in steel construction solutions, delivering high-quality structural and industrial projects across the region. We are currently seeking a qualified Senior Site Technical Office Engineer to join our growing team.

Job Roles:

• Review and audit shop drawings and technical plans to ensure compliance with architectural and technical specifications.
• Make necessary technical modifications to ensure the work is executed according to required standards and project quality.
• Ensure all final documents and drawings are complete, clear, and ready for technical approval.
• Daily coordination with various technical departments (structural, architectural, electrical, mechanical) to ensure integrated work.
• Collaborate with site execution teams to solve technical challenges and provide timely support.
• Effectively communicate with consultants and contractors to clarify technical modifications and project-specific remarks.
• Provide practical solutions to technical problems that arise during the execution phases to ensure uninterrupted work progress aligning with quality and efficiency codes .
  
  
  

Qualifications and Required Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Architectural, Electrical, or Mechanical depending on specialization).
• A minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 5 years of experience in a Site Technical Office role.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in managing technical teams or projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools such as Primavera or MS Project.
• Strong skills in quantity surveying, preparing shop drawings, and technical specifications.
