Marine Capabilities (Marcap) LLC is looking for a dedicated HR Officer - Generalist to join our Human Resources team. The HR Officer will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, Leave Management, Payroll, compensation & Benefits, training, and compliance. This role is vital in supporting our mission to foster a positive workplace culture and maximize employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Facilitate employee performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR C&B policies.
  • Manage Employee leave records & prepare payroll.
  • Facilitate in employee trainings & development initiatives.
  • Address employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues.
  • Organize and conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and development.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and programs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and trends in the industry.
  • Produce weekly and monthly management reports.

متطلبات الوظيفة

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR generalist or in a similar role

Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English

Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Strong multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills

Strong in HR compliance & Auditing

Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience in the marine or offshore industry is a plus
