About The Job

We're looking for a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex digital transformation programs for government and enterprise clients in the UAE. If you've successfully delivered large-scale projects in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, understand how to navigate multi-stakeholder environments, and can manage cross-functional teams with confidence, we’d love to meet you.

You’ll oversee end-to-end execution: from project scoping and stakeholder alignment to execution, reporting, and delivery. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong structure, clarity, and the ability to drive momentum in high-impact programs.

What You'll Do

  • Lead digital transformation programs from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and government stakeholders across multiple workstreams.
  • Own project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and reporting.
  • Manage risk, dependencies, and escalations with a calm and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, and steering committees to align on priorities and progress.
  • Define clear project documentation, timelines, KPIs, and delivery standards.
  • Ensure quality assurance across all deliverables — from design and tech to rollout and adoption.
  • Track and report on milestones, blockers, and outcomes to senior leadership and client stakeholders.
  • Support post-launch optimization and continuous improvement.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • 6+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years leading large digital transformation programs.
  • Prior experience working on government-led initiatives in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or the wider GCC.
  • Deep understanding of digital platforms, customer experience, and agile delivery models.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams including UX, tech, strategy, and data.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — able to present to C-level executives.
  • A structured mindset with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams without losing control.
  • Familiarity with project tools like Jira, Trello, MS Project, Confluence, or Monday.com.
  • Arabic speaking is preferred.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a bonus.
  • Available to work on-site in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or other GCC locations if required.
  • Open to contract-based engagement (not a permanent role).
