Job Overview:<\/strong><\/p>

In the capacity of a Presales Consultant, you will serve as a pivotal advisor for customers and prospects, effectively connecting business requirements with the innovative solutions provided by Arabic.AI. Your primary responsibilities will encompass grasping client expectations, crafting AI-centered solutions, conducting personalized demonstrations, and enhancing the sales process with your extensive technical and functional knowledge. You will work in tandem with Account Executives, Product, and Delivery teams to facilitate successful solution implementation, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth.<\/p>

<\/p>Main Duties:<\/strong><\/p>

Sales Assistance:<\/strong><\/p>

  • Assist the Sales team with RFP/RFI responses, proposal creation, and pricing strategies by imparting technical acumen, product knowledge, and bespoke solutions tailored to client specifications.<\/li>
  • Convey competitive advantages, value propositions, and the ROI associated with Arabic.AI services.<\/li>
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with significant customers and stakeholders, acting as a reliable technical consultant throughout the sales engagement.<\/li>

Solution Architecture & Demonstration:<\/strong><\/p>

  • Transform client requirements into comprehensive solution architectures utilizing Arabic.AI offerings, like AI Agents, Apps, and Tarjama products among others.<\/li>
  • Construct and present compelling product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and personalized solution proposals.<\/li>

Client Interaction & Exploration:<\/strong><\/p>

  • Engage with clients to comprehend their commercial challenges, objectives, and technical landscapes.<\/li>
  • Facilitate discovery workshops, requirement gathering, and solution planning meetings.<\/li>

<\/p>

Technical Documentation & Analysis:<\/strong><\/p>

  • Produce and maintain technical documentation, such as product datasheets and additional materials.<\/li>
  • Aggregate information from various departments to create technical documentation and compile diverse sections of tenders including technical proposal writing, project team structure, methodologies, and compliance matrices.<\/li>
  • Deliver solutions architectures clearly to clients, third parties, and internal project teams.<\/li>
  • Proactively outline the technical solutions needed to meet Client/RFP specifications, considering regulatory compliance.<\/li>

Market Knowledge & Trends:<\/strong><\/p>

  • Remain informed about industry developments and competitor offerings, providing insights to the Commercial team.<\/li>
  • Gather and relay user feedback to the product development team, aligning with market needs.
  • Represent Arabic.AI at industry conferences, webinars, and client seminars.<\/li>

<\/p>

Interdepartmental Collaboration:<\/strong><\/p>

  • Work alongside cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Commercial teams, to ensure product messaging and positioning aligns with customer requirements.<\/li>
  • Partner with the Bidding team to assess and comprehend customer specifications as outlined in RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.<\/li>
  • Collaborate with Marketing to refine promotional materials (e.g., datasheets, slide decks, case studies).<\/li>

Qualifications Needed:<\/strong><\/p>

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.<\/li>
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a presales, solution consulting, or technical sales role, preferably within AI, SaaS, Cloud, or Enterprise Solutions.<\/li>
  • A solid grasp of AI technologies, NLP, and enterprise SaaS/cloud solutions.<\/li>
  • Experience in developing POCs, solution architecture, and integrating AI/LLM applications.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
  • A quick learner capable of swiftly adapting to emerging technologies and processes.
  • Experience in customer-engagement roles, including product demos, need assessments, and client presentations.
  • A strong consultative mindset with the capability to simplify complex technical ideas into easily understood concepts for clients.
  • A proven history of collaborative work within cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
  • An evident interest in AI and language technology solutions.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, in both written and spoken formats.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP is advantageous.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic, spoken and written, is essential.<\/li>

Main Responsibilities:

Sales Support

  • Articulate competitive differentiation, value proposition, and ROI of Arabic.AI offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, serving as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle.

Solution Design & Demonstration

  • Translate client needs into solution architectures using Arabic.AI products, including AI Agents, Apps, Tarjama& products, Screens, Content Lab, and Arabic.AI Academy.
  • Build and deliver compelling product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and tailored solution
  • proposals.

Client Engagement & Discovery

  • Engage with clients to understand their business challenges, objectives, and technical environments.
  • Conduct discovery workshops, requirement gathering, and solution scoping sessions.

Technical Documentation & Analysis

  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including product datasheets, and other collateral.
  • Collect data from the company’s departments to prepare technical documents and prepare the different parts of a tender including technical solution writing, project team, methodologies & Compliance matrix etc.
  • Communicate solutions architecture to customers, third parties, and project teams.
  • Proactively scope the technical solution required to address Client/RFP requirements, including compliance.

Market Insights & Trends ·

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings, providing insights to the Commercial team.
  • Collect and provide feedback to the product development team based on clients' interactions and market demands.
  • Represent Arabic.AI at industry events, webinars, and client workshops.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Commercial teams, to ensure alignment on product messaging, positioning, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the Bidding team to analyze and understand the requirements of customers as detailed in the tendering specifications (RFPs/RFIs/RFQs).
  • Collaborate with the Marketing to refine collateral (data sheets, presentations, case studies).

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, Business information systems, or any related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a presales, solution consulting, or technical sales role in (AI, SaaS, Cloud, or Enterprise Solutions is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, NLP, and enterprise SaaS/cloud solutions.
  • Experience in building POCs, solution architecture, and integrating AI/LLM-based applications.
  • Proven experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Quick learner who can adapt to new technologies and processes rapidly.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, including conducting product demonstrations, needs assessments, and presentations to potential clients.
  • Strong consultative approach with the ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into customer-friendly language.
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated interest in AI and language technology products.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent level of proficiency with MS Office Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Arabic.
