In this role you will be responsible for compiling and analyzing financial metrics, communicating information to relevant groups, managing general accounting and commercial activities including collection with customers, payment to suppliers and interaction with bank and free zone authority.

Reporting to the Country Finance Manager.

Your Responsibilities

  • Preparation of periodic reports covering business Key performance indicators and requirements from free zone authority.
  • Aid and coordinate to ensure prompt and accurate periodic closing processes and ensuring data quality in company Systems.
  • Liaison with different stakeholders to support business administration activities including Coordination with Free zone authority on importing/exporting fees
  • Liaison with bank, Company treasury team for issuance and monitoring of letter of credit, bank guarantee etc.
  • Manage collection from customers, customer disputes and customer overdue
  • Support bookkeeping team in applying cash received from customers, collecting and depositing cheques in the Bank.
  • Supporting Country Finance Manager and operation Manager to coordinate audit activities and tax inspection.
  • Manage supplier invoices and supplier payments
  • Manage inventory, Annual inventory and fixed assets physical count
  • Periodic review and accounting of Bank corporate card.

Your Background

  • University degree or equivalent knowledge in finance or economics with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience
  • Experience with a good understanding of major functions like finance and accounting
  • Solid understanding of fiduciary and integrity
  • Hands on experience in ERP (preferably SAP)
  • Fluent in English Language (writing and verbal)
