AHS, a leader in luxury real estate development, is on the lookout for a skilled Luxury Real Estate 3D Video Editor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing captivating 3D video content that highlights our prestigious properties and elevates our brand's visual presence. Your expertise will help create immersive experiences for potential buyers and stakeholders through innovative video presentations.
Responsibilities
- Video Editing & Assembly
- Edit and assemble high-quality 3D video content, including virtual tours, property showcases, and promotional videos.
- Review raw footage and select optimal takes while ensuring brand consistency and visual excellence.
- Creative Development
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and develop engaging 3D video projects aligned with marketing strategies.
- Provide input on creative direction and contribute fresh ideas that elevate the brand’s storytelling.
- CGI & Motion Graphics
- Integrate CGI elements with live-action footage to create seamless and captivating visual narratives.
- Utilize motion graphics, effects, and animations to enhance storytelling and viewer engagement.
- Project Management
- Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, delivering on-time and within budget.
- Upload and optimize finished videos for various platforms, ensuring the highest quality presentation.
- Innovation & Trends

- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in video editing, with a strong focus on 3D video content production, preferably in luxury real estate
- Proficiency in 3D software such as Blender, 3ds Max, or Cinema 4D, along with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
- Strong understanding of 3D modeling, animation, and visual storytelling
- Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and a keen aesthetic sense
- Experience with motion graphics and sound design is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- A portfolio showcasing previous 3D video editing work, highlighting your ability to create immersive experiences.
