AHS, a distinguished leader in luxury real estate development, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Affiliate Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing partnerships with real estate affiliates and influencers to drive quality leads and sales within our luxury property segment. Your focus will be on maximizing our affiliate program's performance while ensuring alignment with AHS’s brand standards and values.
Responsibilities
- Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy to drive lead generation and sales.
- Align affiliate initiatives with AHS’s luxury real estate brand and business objectives.
- Affiliate Recruitment & Onboarding
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates and partners that reflect the prestige of AHS’s portfolio.
- Negotiate commission structures and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
- Relationship Management
- Provide ongoing support, training, and resources to affiliates to optimize their promotional efforts.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and offer insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Track affiliate performance metrics and analyze data to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare detailed reports on affiliate performance, trends, and growth opportunities for stakeholders.
- Marketing Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored for affiliates.
- Ensure brand consistency across all affiliate channels.
- Ensure all affiliate activities comply with legal and ethical standards.
- Compliance & Industry AwarenessStay updated on industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities for affiliate growth.
