About The Role

The candidate will assist various internal stakeholders to monitor, improve and predict

business performance across multiple service lines using advanced analytics. You will work closely with Management team, Internal Compliance & Services teams to evaluate performance efficiency and maximize ROI on all engagements, projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Leverage various technologies and data analytics tools to streamline the collection,
  
  

modeling, calculation, accurate assessment and reporting of large data sets

• Produce weekly/monthly/quarterly and ad-hoc reports to senior leaders across all
  
  

business verticals through business reviews (Power BI)

• Modernize the supporting infrastructure and deliver flexible solutions to end-users
• Analyzing, evaluating and challenging both current and future business processes and
  
  

application architecture to improve aggregation processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Statistics or related major.
• 2-5 years of work experience, preferably in business intelligence, consulting and/or
  
  

finance

• Advanced Power BI skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Exceptional problem-solving mindset, with the ability for interpreting and translating
  
  

results, trends, and takeaways to team members, and executive leadership with

varying levels

• Inquisitive, highly motivated self-starter with a proven track record for executing large
  
  

projects with little information and direction.
