Junior Social Media Moderator

Talent 360 is hiring for one of our clients, Junior Social Media Moderator

Responsibility:

Monitor and manage comments, chats, and forums on Discord, Instagram, TikTok, and X/Twitter

Enforce community guidelines by moderating user content and interactions

Respond to player questions, feedback, and conversations in a friendly, gamer-friendly tone

Support during game updates, live streams, and online events

Promote a positive, inclusive space for all types of gamers

Stay informed on game features, player behavior trends, and platform updates

Flag serious issues and share valuable player feedback with the team

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field (a plus!)

A true passion for gaming and understanding of online gaming culture

0–1 year of experience in online moderation, customer support, or community management

Excellent written communication and quick decision-making

Familiarity with top platforms: Discord, Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter

Detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and works well in a team

Work Conditions:

Schedule: Sunday to Thursday (Friday & Saturday off)

Flexible working hours

Hybrid work model (home + office)
