Egypt Education Platform is seeking a passionate and caring Arabic Nursery Teacher to join our early years team at one of our entities at Trillium - the Montessori House. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of early childhood development and be committed to fostering a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment that supports the learning and growth of young children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities in Arabic that promote language development, social skills, and emotional growth.
- Create a warm and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, creativity, and exploration.
- Assess and record children’s progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of each child.
- Encourage positive behavior and relationships among children, teaching them to respect and cooperate with one another.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment that meets health and safety regulations.
- Participate in professional development and team meetings to continually improve curriculum and teaching practices.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Arabic Language, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the same field.
- Teaching qualification and experience working with young children, preferably in a nursery or preschool setting.
- Strong knowledge of child development principles and early years education practices.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning.
- Ability to build meaningful relationships with children and their families.
- Commitment to fostering a safe and nurturing learning environment.
