Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior People Support Specialist to strengthen our HR team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR initiatives that support business objectives.
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Lead engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace atmosphere.
- Assess training needs and partner with relevant teams to deliver effective training programs.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
- Utilize data analytics to inform HR strategies and decisions.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on employee relations and business partnering.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
