Job Summary

The BD Junior Specialist supports the business development team in identifying growth opportunities, acquiring new clients or partnerships, and maintaining relationships with existing partners. The role involves market research, lead generation, client communication, proposal preparation, and administrative support to ensure a smooth execution of the BD strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential partners, clients, and new business opportunities.
  • Assist in generating, qualifying, and tracking leads.
  • Support in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Maintain CRM records, track interactions, and follow up with prospects.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, demos, or pitches.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on campaign messaging and market needs.
  • Monitor competitors’ activities and industry trends.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards on sales pipeline and performance metrics.
  • Ensure timely and professional communication with prospects and existing partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or internships in related roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus.
  • Strong interest in sales, business growth, and relationship management.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-changing environments.
