We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our growing Fintech company. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, supporting talent acquisition, and enhancing employee engagement. As we operate in a fast-paced and innovative environment, fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential for effective communication with our diverse team and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in line with company goals and labor regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.).
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures in a professional manner.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to support employee growth.
- Implement and monitor performance management systems.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
- Partner with managers and leadership on workforce planning and organizational development.
- Contribute to creating a positive workplace culture that supports productivity and engagement.
