Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Development team to establish document control procedures and workflows, utilizing standard templates and tools that align with the prescriber parameters of the portfolio.
- Gather project performance information, including open requests for information, document statuses, and overdue approvals.
- Monitor potential changes and approved modifications, providing transparency to both the client and project management. Ensure version control and manage configuration effectively.
- Communicate document control requirements to vendors and facilitate integration into the document control framework.
- Oversee Controls Data through Aconex/BIM or other approved Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) and tools.

- An associate degree with minimum of five years of practitioner experience with Document Control, or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Expert level working knowledge of Aconex System & familiarity with other Document control products
- Must demonstrate a minimum of two years’ experience on a development project.
- Excellent knowledge of document control processes changes management and documentation practices.
- Strong attention to detail and an expert in version control and configuration management
- Experienced SharePoint and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) + Acrobat user
- Strong oral and written communication skills across all levels
- Ability to organize and analyze large volumes of information
