We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our consulting company. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day front desk operations, maintain a welcoming environment, and provide administrative support across the organization.
Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable
Coordinate activities of clerical staff, suppliers & services providers
Support CID team members in tasks related to internal and external projects including but not limited to typing of documents, data entry, preparation of presentations.
Coordinate all regular IT maintenance activities
Manage front office
Support in company recruitment activities
Requirements
Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Arabic preferred) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional attitude and appearance
Bachelor's degree is required
Able to handle multiple activities
Able to work well within a team
Able to develop and maintain relationships with different stakeholders
