  • We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our consulting company. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day front desk operations, maintain a welcoming environment, and provide administrative support across the organization.
  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars as needed
  • Coordinate office logistics (supplies, refreshments, courier services)
  • Coordinate activities of clerical staff, suppliers & services providers
  • Support CID team members in tasks related to internal and external projects including but not limited to typing of documents, data entry, preparation of presentations.
  • Coordinate all regular IT maintenance activities
  • Manage front office
  • Support in company recruitment activities

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Arabic preferred) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • Able to handle multiple activities
  • Able to work well within a team
  • Able to develop and maintain relationships with different stakeholders
