We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to join a franchise brand that’s expanding nationwide. This is a full-cycle sales role for someone who knows how to own a pipeline, close deals, and help shape the sales strategy as we scale. What You’ll Do
- Own the entire sales cycle—from inbound lead to meeting booked
- Qualify inbound leads and build outbound strategies to generate new business
- Conduct discovery calls, present value-driven pitches, and guide prospects to close
- Build trust with business owners, operators, and franchise candidates
- Maintain a strong, organized pipeline in HubSpot (or similar CRM)
- Collaborate with leadership to improve processes, messaging, and positioning
- Share insights on customer objections and market trends
- Help mentor junior reps and elevate the overall sales team

What We’re Looking For
- 2–3+ years of full-cycle sales experience (B2C or health care preferred)
- Proven ability to close mid- to high-ticket deals with small business owners or executives
- Strong communication skills and a professional, approachable presence
- Highly organized, with experience managing a structured pipeline
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Experience in a franchise, service-based, or operations-focused business is a major plus
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely on an EST schedule
