We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to join a franchise brand that’s expanding nationwide. This is a full-cycle sales role for someone who knows how to own a pipeline, close deals, and help shape the sales strategy as we scale. 🔍 What You’ll Do

  • Own the entire sales cycle—from inbound lead to meeting booked
  • Qualify inbound leads and build outbound strategies to generate new business
  • Conduct discovery calls, present value-driven pitches, and guide prospects to close
  • Build trust with business owners, operators, and franchise candidates
  • Maintain a strong, organized pipeline in HubSpot (or similar CRM)
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve processes, messaging, and positioning
  • Share insights on customer objections and market trends
  • Help mentor junior reps and elevate the overall sales team

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3+ years of full-cycle sales experience (B2C or health care preferred)
  • Proven ability to close mid- to high-ticket deals with small business owners or executives
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, approachable presence
  • Highly organized, with experience managing a structured pipeline
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Experience in a franchise, service-based, or operations-focused business is a major plus
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely on an EST schedule
