· Investigate legal documents, survey records, and land titles to gather pertinent information regarding property boundaries within the designated survey areas.
· Ensure the precision of survey data by confirming measurements and calculations carried out at designated survey sites.
· Engage and communicate effectively with the project team and other stakeholders to ensure accurate information control.
· Prepare and review quantity survey documentation related to both internal and external invoicing processes.
· Coordinate with local authorities, property owners, and subcontractors.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation & associated technical operating procedures (TOP).
