Job Description

The Creative Manager for the 2D Design Department is responsible for leading the creative team specialized in static visual design that reflects the identity of projects and events in a consistent and professional manner. This role ensures the development and execution of strong visual concepts, including proposal design, aligned with the core idea of each project.

The Creative Manager serves as a creative lead and quality controller, guiding the team, ensuring timely delivery, and bridging communication with other departments to deliver unified and impactful visual experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and lead the 2D design team, assigning tasks clearly and effectively.

Develop and implement creative and visual concepts for a wide range of projects.

Oversee the design of proposals and ensure quality and consistency.

Ensure visual consistency and alignment with the overall creative direction.

Review and provide guidance on all visual outputs.

Coordinate with 3D, content, and events teams to maintain visual coherence.

Provide technical support and creative input when needed

Monitor team performance and contribute to ongoing team development.

Ensure timely delivery and high-quality design execution.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of experience in graphic design with proven team management experience.

Academic or professional background in visual communication or graphic design.

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.

Strong understanding of visual trends and creative development.

Experience in designing presentation decks and proposals.

Excellent leadership and organizational skills.

High visual creativity and ability to provide design guidance.

Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
