Job Title: MEP SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities
MEP Systems Supervision:
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) systems.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and safety standards.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
- Lead and supervise MEP technicians, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers for seamless execution.
- Resolve on-site technical issues promptly.
- Review MEP drawings, BOQs, and shop drawings for accuracy.
- Suggest value engineering solutions to optimize costs & efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to Saudi Building Codes (SBC) and international standards.
- Must know: AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP, HAP, ETAP, Dialux, or similar.
- Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera for scheduling.
- Strong understanding of BIM coordination.
- Enforce strict safety protocols (OSHA/Saudi OHS standards).
- Conduct risk assessments and safety audits.
- Prepare daily progress reports, inspection logs, and snag lists.
- Maintain as-built drawings and project handover documents.
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
5+ years of MEP supervision experience in construction projects.
In-depth knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, firefighting, and plumbing.
Familiarity With Saudi Aramco, SEC, Or MARAFIQ Standards (preferred).
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
