Key Responsibilities
On-Site Supervision: Direct construction activities for NEOM’s revolutionary infrastructure projects
Technical Execution: Interpret and implement engineering drawings with 100% accuracy
Quality Control: Enforce strict compliance with NEOM’s visionary construction standards
Progress Monitoring: Track milestones using advanced project management tools
Team Leadership: Manage multinational teams of 50+ technicians and laborers
Problem-Solving: Resolve complex site challenges with innovative engineering solutions
Reporting: Deliver daily progress reports to senior project managers
Tech Integration: Utilize BIM 360, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and Primavera P6 for smart construction
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
5+ years site engineering experience in megaprojects (GCC experience preferred)
Expertise in smart city technologies and sustainable construction methods
Proficiency in BIM, AutoCAD, Revit, and construction management software
Deep understanding of Saudi building codes and international standards
Fluent in English (Arabic beneficial) with strong leadership abilities
Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred)
