Job Description

We are seeking a highly capable Assistant Project Manager to join our specialized team in organizing and managing events. The ideal candidate will support the Project Manager in coordinating and executing projects efficiently, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and developing project plans and timelines.

Track project progress and ensure tasks are completed as scheduled.

Review and monitor the quality of proposals and documents submitted to clients and management.

Effectively communicate and follow up with internal teams to ensure alignment and task completion.

Prepare, track, and review periodic project reports.

Coordinate internally with Mufeed partner companies, other departments, and external vendors.

Facilitate clear and professional communication with clients and project teams.

Support in preparing project budgets and pricing estimates.

Assist the Project Manager in all aspects of project coordination and execution.

Conduct on-site supervision during events to ensure alignment with the project plan.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the events and exhibitions sector.

Proficient In Using

Microsoft Excel

MS Project

Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and within multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred: Holding a professional project management certification such as PMP or CAPM.
