Company Overview: Gridlines is an innovative and rapidly expanding financial advisory and financial modeling firm. In the past year, the company has officially established its infrastructure advisory division, concentrating on project finance, mergers & acquisitions, and bid assistance covering all infrastructure sectors, with a strong emphasis on energy transition initiatives.

Requirements:
- Modelling and Execution: Direct involvement in financial modeling and transaction execution.
- Exposure: Engage across diverse sectors including renewables, digital innovations, and data centers.
- Deal and Client Management: Independently manage client relationships and advance projects from inception to completion.
- Collaboration: Will report directly to the Head of Infrastructure Finance.
- Essential Qualifications:
- - Approximately 5 years of relevant experience in Infrastructure and Renewable projects.
- - Language Skills: Proficiency in French and/or Spanish is advantageous.
- - Personal Attributes: Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to seeking new opportunities and generating deal flow.
- - Work Environment: Primarily remote.
Additional Information: The team operates under UK leadership, guided by a former principal investor and banker experienced in direct lending. The Head of Infrastructure Finance is complemented by another director in the UK, an Associate Director based in Mexico, and additional junior staff support in India.

- Requirements:
- Experience: Around 5 years of experience, with a focus on Infrastructure and Renewables.
- Languages: Proficiency in French and/or Spanish would be preferable.
- Attributes: Strong interpersonal skills with a willingness to reach out to new prospects and originate dealflow.
- Work Environment: predominantly remote working.
