Role:
- We are in search of a seasoned Director, who is a prominent figure in the Project Finance advisory arena.
- This role presents an outstanding opportunity to play a pivotal part in establishing and developing the Gridlines team.
- The responsibilities will encompass spearheading and facilitating the expansion of the Gridlines business.

Operations:
- Lead in the growth and development of the project finance team.
- Lead multiple teams across a portfolio of active assignments.
- Provide strategic guidance and insight into the structuring of transactions.
- Review and interpret commerdcial documentation and ensure it is reflected accurately in the financial model.
- Lead in the development and enhancement of our financial modeling methodologies and tools, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
- Lead in the planning of resources across the team.
People:
- Develop and inspire a market-leading team.

Growth:
- Lead in the growth of the project finance practice.
- Lead in the business development and growth ambitions of a key sector of the business.
- Lead in the development of client pitches.
Key Skills and Qualifications

- Sector leading expertise in Project Finance.
- [10+] years of relevent experience in a financial advisory / financial modelling role within a recognized advisory practice.
- An in-depth understanding of accounting concepts, an accounting qualification is beneficial.
- Strong analytical skills with proven experience in building and operating financial models using Excel.
- Recent hands-on experience in financial modelling for Project Finance transactions.
- Degree qualified in a numerate discipline, with a postgraduate qualification in accounting or finance beneficial.
- Experience with the FAST financial modeling standard is desirable.
