Surveyor Specialist

· Conduct thorough searches of legal records, survey information, and land titles to gather critical data regarding property boundaries for designated survey areas.
· Ensure the precision of survey results by validating measurements and computations performed on-site.
· Engage in effective collaboration and communication with the project team and associated stakeholders to relay accurate information.
· Prepare and review quantity surveys in connection with both internal and external invoices.
· Coordinate with local authorities, property owners, and subcontractors.
