customer segments, launching new technologies, and expanding across is looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our warehouse operations, from inbound receiving to last-mile dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations (receiving, inventory, fulfillment, dispatch)
• Ensure timely order fulfillment (within 24–72 hrs SLA)
• Use Odoo ERP or similar WMS for real-time tracking & reporting
• Manage stock accuracy and cycle counts (MTS & MTO)
• Lead and train warehouse staff to maintain safety and efficiency
• Monitor KPIs: order accuracy, lead time, fulfillment rate, inventory discrepancy
  
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse/logistics (B2B or e-commerce preferred)
• Proficiency in Odoo ERP or any Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Strong leadership and operational planning skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
