About the role


We are seeking a Digital Manager to lead our performance media strategy across paid digital channels. This role is responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and lead generation through data-driven campaigns, while managing the paid media budget to maximize ROI.

You will serve as the main point of contact with media partners and agencies, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution across platforms such as Google UAC, META, TikTok, and others. The ideal candidate brings a mix of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and leadership to deliver measurable business impact.



Main Responsibilities:

  • Performance media strategy: User acquisition & engagement, Leads, Data enrichment and Boost of new channels
  • Lead media advertising agency team
  • Working closely with Marketing and Digital team to run efficiencies across all media spent, with focus on performance media but covering all levels.
  • Main touchpoint with media partners and regional agency for performance media: Google UAC, Search, META, TikTok, etc.
  • Manage paid media budget
  • Manage media performance and attribution reports
  • Media budget optimization
  • Media funnel activation (WO, EE, H/L Growth and WB)
  • Media affiliation


KPI's:

  • Installs, %Paid overall digital couponing generated, CPI, CPA, CPC and others, CAC, ROAS, ROMS, ROI, Downloads, Redemption, CHURN, Frequency.


Skills:

  • Leadership, Planning, Decision making, Data-Driven.
  • SEO/SEM, Google Ads full stack, ASO, META Business manager experience.


Requirements:

  • Bechler's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or E-Commerce
  • 8 years' experience in the same field, 3 years in managerial role.
