Job Summary:
We are seeking a diligent Office Manager to ensure the efficient operation of our office. In this pivotal position, you will oversee daily administrative functions, manage facilities and services

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the regular and urgent maintenance of the office and facilities.
  • Supervise cleaning services, security, and various service contracts.
  • Proactively monitor and renew lease agreements.
  • Administer the CEO's office and coordinate interdepartmental schedules.
  • Welcome visitors and provide logistical assistance for meetings.
  • Organize banking appointments and manage requisite administrative tasks.
  • Maintain well-organized administrative and operational databases.
  • Suggest improvements to enhance the work environment.

متطلبات الوظيفة

Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (candidates holding a diploma with strong qualifications are encouraged to apply).

Experience:

  • 0–2 years of experience in office administration or support positions (including internships or cooperative training opportunities).

Skills:

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and various office management software applications.
  • Ability to manage vendor relationships effectively alongside superior organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic (basic proficiency in English is preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • A proactive demeanor, professionalism, and the capacity to work collaboratively.
