Manages client accounts, delivering tailored commercial solutions and supporting partners in achieving their business goals, with a focus on client satisfaction and performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for all client accounts receiving sales services
  • Understand each client’s business needs and challenges
  • Provide tailored commercial support solutions based on DOC’s service
  • Manage all sales activities directly, from outreach to closing and account maintenance
  • Ensure consistent and effective communication with clients
  • Track and analyze client performance metrics to offer improvements
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver agreed solutions
  • Prepare detailed reports on client activity and sales performance
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and upsell services
  • Represent DOC in client meetings and strategic discussions

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • 4–6 years of experience in sales, account management, or commercial support services.
  • Experience working across various industries with B2B clients is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong account management and client servicing abilities.
  • Muat have a vehicle.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client portfolios and ensure service quality.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
