Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for all client accounts receiving sales services
- Understand each client’s business needs and challenges
- Provide tailored commercial support solutions based on DOC’s service
- Manage all sales activities directly, from outreach to closing and account maintenance
- Ensure consistent and effective communication with clients
- Track and analyze client performance metrics to offer improvements
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver agreed solutions
- Prepare detailed reports on client activity and sales performance
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and upsell services
- Represent DOC in client meetings and strategic discussions
