- Identifying dependable suppliers, evaluating proposals, and negotiating contracts.
- Collaborating closely with production, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Utilizing Odoo ERP consistently to oversee orders, update supplier records, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Monitoring inventory levels actively and flagging potential shortages in advance.
- Coordinating with finance to ensure accurate cost tracking and adherence to accounting standards.
- Keeping abreast of market trends, particularly in the FMCG sector, to facilitate informed purchasing choices.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or Business.
- 3–5 years of procurement experience, ideally in FMCG.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles (you’ll be working closely with the finance team).
- Practical experience using Odoo ERP (procurement, inventory, and finance modules).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills — we want someone who can build lasting supplier relationships.
- Someone organized, proactive, and comfortable working under pressure when things move fast.
