- Developing accurate supply and demand plans to ensure that production has the necessary materials — while preventing overstock situations.
- Engaging in daily coordination with procurement, sales, finance, and warehouse teams to maintain an uninterrupted supply chain.
- Utilizing Odoo ERP to oversee forecasts, monitor inventory levels, and provide actionable insights for the team.
- Monitoring fast-moving SKUs, seasonal spikes, and market trends to avert unexpected issues.
- Translating data into definitive actions — such as notifying procurement in advance of potential stockouts or recommending modifications to sales forecasts.
- Assisting the finance department by ensuring that supply chain operations align with accounting practices and cost management standards.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or Business.
- 3–5 years of supply chain planning experience, ideally within the FMCG industry.
- Solid accounting knowledge to connect planning with financial impact.
- Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP (planning, inventory, and reporting modules).
- Strong analytical skills but also practical judgment
- Great communicator who can work across departments without losing patience.
- Someone proactive, adaptable, and not afraid to flag issues before they become problems.
