Job Title: Human Resources Specialist

Location: Masr El Gedida / Zamalek /Maadi
Working Hours: 9 AM–5 PM or 10 AM–6 PM
Days Off: Friday & Saturday
Role Summary
Talent 360.ME is hiring a Human Resources Specialist to support core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and HR reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment processes
- Support employee relations matters
- Assist with performance and development initiatives
- Conduct onboarding and maintain HR records
- Generate HR activity reports
- 1–4 years of HR experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- Knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
