We are looking for a Data Visualization Consultant who possesses in-depth expertise in Power BI, telemetry, and dashboard creation, to develop and deliver compelling, interactive, and scalable data visualization solutions. The perfect candidate is dedicated to converting raw data into practical insights through visually appealing dashboards, KPIs, and visualization frameworks that steer C-level decision-making.
This position operates at the crossroads of data engineering, visualization design, and consulting delivery, necessitating strong client-facing communication abilities and the capacity to collaborate effectively within agile, multi-disciplinary teams.

Visualization & Dashboarding
- Design, build, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards and visualization solutions for enterprise clients.
- Apply best practices for data storytelling, UX/UI design, and performance optimization in dashboards.
- Develop telemetry and monitoring dashboards for operational insights across business and technology landscapes.
Data & Insights Enablement
- Work with data engineering and analytics teams to connect, clean, and model datasets for visualization.
- Translate business KPIs into clear, measurable, and visual outcomes that support executive reporting.
- Collaborate with clients to refine data requirements, KPIs, and visualization objectives.
Consulting & Client Engagement
- Partner with client stakeholders to understand business challenges and design visualization frameworks.
- Present dashboards and insights at business and technology leadership levels, ensuring adoption and alignment.
- Document visualization requirements, design specifications, and solution guides for client teams.
Delivery & Collaboration
- Contribute to agile project delivery, ensuring on-time and high-quality visualization deliverables.
- Support the creation of visualization standards, templates, and reusable assets across the consulting practice.
- Mentor junior analysts on visualization and dashboarding techniques.
Role Requirements:
- 4–6 years of experience in Data Visualization / BI consulting roles.
- Hands-on expertise in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, custom visuals, performance tuning).
- Experience building telemetry and monitoring dashboards (business, IT, or operational telemetry).
- Solid understanding of data visualization principles and information design.
- Strong SQL/data manipulation skills to prepare datasets for dashboards.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and consulting skills with proven client-facing experience.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and their data services (e.g., Azure Synapse, Databricks).
- Knowledge of other visualization tools (Tableau, Qlik, Looker) is a plus.
- Experience with telemetry/observability platforms (e.g., App Insights, Grafana, Kibana) desirable.
- Experience in agile delivery within consulting or professional services.
- Certifications (Preferred)
- Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals / Azure Data Engineer Associate
